Great product and very sturdy adapter. Not only can it be used with a functional trainer and lat pulldown but you can use with a sliding bench trainer aka a Total Gym. I own a sliding bench trainer made by ProForm Called “ProForm Ultimate Bodywork”. With the 3-Way I can use many cable attachment bars to exercise my back, chest and arms to get an effective workout.

This 3 way attachment is beautiful and well built! Turned my BOS cable tower from 2:1 to 1:1 pull ratio! I love it!!
Love this stuff !! Very basic , strong , and gets the job done without crazy huge prices ..
This nifty little guy will enable you to turn 2 cables into 1 pull point and the other way around, 1 cable into 2 points of attachment. If you're anything like me, I don't like having two cables to pull one attachment, hence the 3 way was born.
