The Steadfast Hammy roller is here. It was designed to be lighter, more compact, but deliver the same hamstring burning destruction like before. The previous GH Roller, still available is much larger and heavier. This version ships for less, takes up less space, easier to carry, and will wreck those hammies just the same.
Don't sleep on this simple yet effective piece. It WILL take you hamstring training up a notch. Also, you can totally use this as an ab roller as well.
